Experienced Graduate
This route is for graduates with at least three years' professional experience who hold a CIOB accredited honours degree or S/NVQ5.
YOU HAVE:
- A CIOB accredited honours degree or S/NVQ5
- At least three years' experience at a professional level within the built environment

FIRST STEP TO MEMBERSHIP:
Apply for Incorporate membership (ICIOB). (you will find the application at the bottom of this page)
FINAL STEP:
On obtaining Incorporate membership, you will be elligible to apply for the Professional Review
