Nigel Croxford FCIOB
37 years of experience in the construction industry (the last 13 at Director and Board Level) has given me a detailed insight into what makes our industry ‘tick’ and the values that are important to project stakeholders and participants.
For the last 7½ years I have chaired the CIOB’s Professional Conduct Committee. I am passionate about the CIOB, the standards that membership represents, and how they are perceived within our industry and by our clients. I am aware of how easily this perception can be eroded if standards are allowed to drop.
I am a good listener, not afraid to question, challenge or implement change, and I always apply myself to my tasks with a strong and determined will. If I am elected, I will strive to ensure that the true values of membership of this Institute are robustly maintained.
