Paul Dockerill FCIOB
Paul Dockerill has been in construction all his working life. With a trades background in Carpentry and Joinery, this experience has held him in great stead in his managerial career.
Paul's career path has seen him through all levels of construction – Foreman; Site Manager; Contracts Manager and Construction Director.
This has been under pinned by the CIOB: educational framework of SMETS (Site Management and Education Training Scheme); Core Studies; Professional Studies; Professional Membership and Fellowship.
Paul is Director of Regeneration and Renewable Technologies Divisions for Thomas Vale Construction with a current Divisional turnover of £50m.
He is currently a member of the Member & Business Development Board and has been CIOB Ambassador since the scheme's inception.
Paul has worked for two construction companies – William Sapcote & Sons Ltd (1996 – 2007) and Thomas Vale construction (2007 to present) as Director.
