I commenced my career in 1981 with Ashby & Horner Joinery serving an apprenticeship as a Bench Joiner. I worked my way up through the ranks from Site Manager to Construction Director in 2001 with Major Blue-chip companies, before forming Devcon (UK) Ltd in 2004 a Chartered Building Company, delivering high class refurbishment and new build projects.
