CIOB Staff

The CIOB operates out of its headquarters in Ascot, England. Dedicated paid staff and voluntary members across the UK and International branches work to ensure the CIOB mission, vision and objectives are implemented and achieved.

The Chief Executive and Institute Secretary, Chris Blythe, is a member of the Officer's Committee and heads a permanent staff of 105. The HQ staff is divided into Directorates - each headed by a Director, who together with the Chief Executive, form the Institute's Board of Management.
