CIOB Staff

The CIOB operates out of its headquarters in Ascot, England. UK and International branches, each with dedicated voluntary and paid staff, are co-ordinated, ensuring the corporate plan is implemented.

The Chief Executive and Institute Secretary, Chris Blythe, is a member of the Officer's Committee and heads a permanent staff of 105. The HQ staff is divided into Directorates - each headed by a Director, who together with the Chief Executive, form the Institute's Board of Management.
