Customer Service Charter
Here you will find the CIOB’s Customer Service Charter and complaints process.
The Charter sets out the CIOB’s commitment as to how we will treat all our customers, the customer service standard you can expect from any member of CIOB staff, the CIOB’s privacy policy, complaints procedure and our members obligations to CIOB staff. The charter applies to everyone who has contact with the CIOB.

At the CIOB we welcome feedback, both positive and negative. If you do have cause to complain, please see the complaints procedure chart, which illustrates the process in which your complaint will be dealt with. You can download the chart by clicking on the attachment below.
