CIOB Operational Boards
The CIOB has three Operational Boards that report to the Resources Committee. Each Operational Board is responsible for ensuring that the business of the Institute is carried out and the objectives set out in the corporate plan are delivered.
Following the Governance Review, the CIOB Operational Board's Terms of Reference, composition and competency requirements have been revised.
