Customer Advisor / CPD Co-ordinator (CPD001)
Part-time (24 hours per week) Ascot based.
An essential part of our membership activity, Continuing Professional Development is the process by which our members assess current and future skills to ensure that that continue to meet the highest professional standards within the industry. This role will be responsible for the operation of the annual CPD monitoring programme to ensure that our members are meeting these requirements. Working within the Member Services Team, the successful candidate will also provide support and advice to members as well as potential members on obtaining or upgrading membership.
In order to be successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent customer focus in a high volume environment as well as substantial administrative experience where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. Good IT knowledge and experience of working with databases and other MS Office products. Candidates should also be able to display the ability to take on various tasks to deadlines and be able to proactively plan their workload.
