FAS Administrator (FAS001)
A fixed-term role has become available for the position of Administrator within the Professional and Technical Directorate at the CIOB. This vacancy has arisen due to a need for maternity leave cover, and immediate availability would be advantageous.
You will assist and support the Faculty Manager and the role will include all aspects of administation and support: accurate minute taking is required, together with secretarial skills, responsibility for co-ordinating travel to, and material collation for meetings and events, and monitoring the departmental costs versus budget.
Good organisational, IT and communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work independently or as part of a team, on a wide variety of tasks.The CIOB offers generous benefits including pension contribution, life assurance, and health cover.
