Sales Manager (SM222)
Working for Englemere, the commercial arm of the CIOB, this role encompasses a varied remit focussing on our annual high profile awards event. You will be responsible for generating applications through to devising and managing sponsorship sales to create all necessary revenues year on year.
Additionally responsible for the ongoing relationship management of selected marketing partners and identifying further revenue producing relationships you will also be adept at direct sales in relation to our excellent facilities in Ascot to maximising our catering sales yield.
The successful candidate will be financially astute with a broad approach to business and revenue development. (Preferably with experience in the conference and events field). An excellent communicator, able to build and develop effective new relationships and successfully maximise existing revenues. Knowledge of the construction industry and key influencers in this market would be an advantage
