The CIOB Can offer you specialist training opportunities for individuals and organisations from our training partnerships scheme, a recognised route into CIOB membership, to UK and world-wide partnerships for masterclasses and training courses. CIOB Training Partnerships

Training Partnerships are a joint venture between CIOB and an organisation building a strong working relationship, supporting a company in achieving a fully qualified workforce.  The scheme offers advice and guidance to both the company and their staff to enable them to gain membership where appropriate.   CIOB will assess an individuals’ academic achievements and experience and advise on the most appropriate steps for achieving Chartered membership.

As part of a Training Partnership an organisation will have a direct point of contact within CIOB; be assisted to be in touch with CIOB accredited training providers if required; have direct links with our worldwide branch structure and tap into the knowledge and experience of the membership staff.

CIOB Training Masterclasses

The CIOB has partnered with Hill International to provide Masterclasses aiming at providng training in all aspects of delay analysis and management, from contract law and notification of delay, to claim presentation and critical path analysis. They have so far attracted delegates from across the globe and from a wide range of construction-related backgrounds including contractors, solicitors, architects and consultants.

Masterclasses have been held in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, the UK and Ireland.

Typical content of the Masterclass includes:

• Manage the risks of change, time, disruption and delay
• Analyse change, disruption and delay
• Understand delay analysis
• New talks and latest updates in all subjects
• 13 hours CPD material
