This is the CIOB's response to CITB-ConstructionSkills on their consultation on Higher Level Apprenticeships. The CIOB supports higher level apprenticeship frameworks that provide a balance of education and training in the workplace, delivered by FE colleges together with HE partners that have long-established track records of engaging with employers.
