CIOB Recognition

The CIOB recognises world wide educational programmes that promote excellence in the built environment. CIOB Recognition is an official confirmation that a course contains the required learning outcomes to meet our membership criteria and the standards set out in the Educational Framework.

The CIOB has developed a number of agreements with international organisations as a way of recognising and supporting membership and standards. Every agreement is unique, reflecting on each organisation's offering and the benefits to be gained from working together. We promote best practice in the construction industry along with focusing on development of university courses, establishing training centres and developing occupational standards.
