CIOB/CIH Technical Qualifications in Housing Maintenance

The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) have joined forces to provide a new suite of qualifications to professionalise the housing workforce.

The qualifications range from Level 2 to a Level 4 Certificate/Diploma programme that covers Maintenance Management and Development, and are aimed at non-technical staff from either a customer services or housing management background.
