This course is an Introduction to Arbitration, Adjudication and Mediation. The course is aimed at giving delegates a basic understanding of these three dispute resolution processes.
Following completion of the Entry Course, delegates are required to submit a written assignment. Successful completion of that will allow delegates to apply for Associate Membership of the CIARB.
Delegates may then proceed to register for Modules 1 and 2 leading to Member Grade of the CIARB.
