HSE vs DGY Scaffolding Ltd AND HSE vs Phil Wood DGY Managing Director.

HSE has decided to prosecute not only the employer but also the managing director.

The court will be sitting in the South Yorkshire & Humber Magistrates' Mock Courts, followed by "Make Sure You Have Good Health and Safety Advice"  Richard G Altoft & Associates.

You are invited to the mock criminal trial in the Magistrates' Court when the company and its director are prosecuted.  In the afternoon there will be a different talk on a related topic.

If you are worried or concerned what happens in court if you get things wrong on site, this event is for you.

As in reality, the Magistrates will judge the case on the facts and arguments presented to them by prosecution and defence lawyers.  Guilty or not will be decided on the day.

Both morning and afternoon sessions have discussion time, when you can debate with the lawyers, the defendants and the Magistrates and offer your own opinions.
