  • Overview of the associated HS&W legislation which impinge on the new Regs e.g. HS at Work Act, Management Regs, Work Place Regs, Working at Height Regs and others
  • The ACoP and the Sector specific Guidance
  • Appointment of CDMC and the CDMC competence assessment
  • Appreciation of the roles of the other duty holders in the context of the CDMC's role
  • Competence assessment of other duty holders
  • Detailed analysis of the CDMC's role
  • Ensuring cooperation from the other duty holders - effective management
  • Notifiable Projects - including information to be supplied to HSE
  • Pre-construction information
