Roger Knowles FRICS FCIArb FQSi will give a presentation on contractual nightmares.
Roger commenced his career as a quantity surveyor and subsequently qualified as a barrister, arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator. He has been involved for the past 30 years in construction and engineering disputes acting as adviser, advocate, arbitrator, mediator, adjudicator and expert witness.
He is the author of 150 Contractual Problems and Their Solutions and the Public Sector Partnering Contract.
