Adrian will also share some of the practical tools and techniques used by organisations to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

As director of performance solutions at Investors in Excellence Ltd, Adrian works with a variety of organisations from multinational companies and public sector bodies to smaller businesses and single departments. In 2007 the company actively engaged with 650 organisations and Adrian’s role has helped to establish the not-for-profit body as the most successful of its type in Europe.
