The Leadership conference

Constructing Excellence in the North East and the Chartered Institute of Building Companies and Consultancies (CBC's) are delighted to announce their first joint venture "The Leadership Conference".

Results from a piece of research recently undertaken by the CIOB have exposed a lack of leadership within the construction industry.

Chris Blythe, CIOB Chief Executive said 'For successful organisations leadership is just as important as having good management and there is a difference between being a leader and being a manager'.
