CIOB's 175th Anniversary Charity Dinner at Epsom Downs Racecourse

The Surrey Centre Committee are delighted to announce the CIOB's 175th Anniversary Charity Dinner at Epsom Downs Racecourse on Friday 15th May 2009 - Members, non-members and guests are all invited to this most prestigious event.

Willmott Dixon are the event main sponsors, with Octagon Developments sponsoring the After Dinner Speaker and Corniche Builders the Welcome Drinks sponsors.  There are, however, still general sponsorship opportunities available in the sum of £250+VAT. Why should I attend?

The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and its regional centres hold annual dinners across the year for members throughout the UK. As well as being an ideal networking occasion, these events are an excellent opportunity to entertain guests and reward best-performing staff.

They are also a chance to spend an enjoyable evening in the company of colleagues, other CIOB members and construction industry leaders.

What will I achieve?

Attendees can use the evening to strengthen existing relationships – with employees, clients and partners – and make new contacts.

What can I expect?

Guests can typically expect a drinks reception and three-course meal followed by evening entertainment; for example, an after-dinner speaker, live music or a performance act. The events usually request a ‘black tie’ dress code.
