Roger Knowles FRICS FCIArb FQSi Barrister commenced his career as a quantity surveyor and subsequently qualified as a barrister, arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator. He has been involved for the past 30 years in construction and engineering disputes acting as adviser, advocate, arbitrator, mediator, adjudicator and expert witness.
Roger has acted as adviser to trade associations and served on the Joint Contracts Tribunal. He is the former Chairman of Knowles Ltd and Baqus and Past President and Founder of the QSi.
His experience as a lecturer extends to over 1,000 seminars held in most major cities in the UK and also in East Asia, the Middle East, North and South America, Europe and South Africa - 99% of delegates have rated him good or excellent.
He is the author of "150 Contractual Problems and Their Solutions" and the "Public Sector Partnering Contract". He has also had published over 300 articles in various trade journals.
If you would like to attend this event, please reserve your place as soon as possible. Due to the current Heightened Security State, anyone who turns up on the evening, without having booked, will be denied access to the Met Office. Likewise, anyone who decides they would like to attend within 24 hours (on the day) of the event, may not be given access.

Directions to avoid rush hour traffic: Travelling on M5 from Taunton direction, come off at Junction 29 signposted Exeter Airport – TURN under motorway – the Met Office will be found just beyond roundabout on right.
