Maintenance, in some form, is an activity that takes place every day in the life time of a building and every day presents opportunities to make buildings greener. This conference highlights how and why these opportunities should be taken:

  • The Green supply chain
  • Damp and rot – green solutions
  • Maintaining the “green” house –  future maintenance implications
  • Reducing energy consumption – maintenance strategies and innovations
  • Green improvements through planned maintenance
  • Implications of Energy Performance Certificates – and how accurate are they in reality
  • Pre and Post 1919 buildings – understanding the difference and the implications
  • Knowledge and skills – ensuring optimum green solutions are found and executed
  • Repairs that are sustainable

Exhibition Space:  A limited number of exhibition spaces are available to companies whose products and services have synergy with the ethos of the conference objectives.

All Built Environment Professionals are welcome to attend this event.
