Rory Cullen FCIOB, Chair - Conservation, Maintenance and Refurbishment Group 
 
In his role as Head of buildings for National Trust, Rory has responsibility for ensuring the highest building standards are maintained for more than 30,000 buildings and structures across England, Wales and Northern Ireland many of which are listed.   

Rory will use his time as Chair to develop closer working relationships within the faculties and special interest groups to enable members to gain a broader understanding of other areas in their industry.   

CMRG pro-actively engage with construction professionals, promoting an informed approach to refurbishment, maintenance and building conservation, together with best practice in management.
