If you’ve forgotten your password - we can quickly email you back.  Simply click on the “Forgotten Password” link on the CIOB home page and follow the instructions, or click here to go there now.

If you’re an Overseas Member - Great, you can still make payment in Sterling via the CIOB website.  Login to www.ciob.org.uk or click here to go there now. Members in the following locations: China, Australasia, Africa, Hong Kong and Malaysia can approach their local CIOB office for all payment enquiries.  Click here for contact details.

If you prefer to renew by phone – you can speak to our dedicated Subscriptions Team on +44 (0)1344 630831 and pay by credit or debit card.  Alternatively, members can send a Sterling cheque, but please write your membership number on the back, then post it to: Subscriptions Team, CIOB, Englemere, Kings Ride, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 7TB

If we have not received your subscription payment by 29th February 2012, please be aware your membership automatically lapses.  However, your membership can be reinstated any time prior to 30th June 2012 upon payment of the reinstatement fee in addition to your 2012 subscription fee.

From everyone at the CIOB, we look forward to supporting you throughout 2012 and beyond.

Yours sincerely
