CIOB Graduation Ceremonies
| All new Members and Fellows are entitled to attend a CIOB graduation ceremony. These events enable those achieving corporate membership to celebrate their achievements and share the experience with family and friends. |
At the event Members will be presented with their certificate by either the President, someone on the Presidential ladder or a Past President.
Members (MCIOB) and Fellows (FCIOB) attending Institute presentation ceremonies are required to wear CIOB graduation gowns. The gowns, royal blue with a silver trim for Members (MCIOB) and a gold trim for Fellows (FCIOB), are held by our supplier Ede & Ravenscroft and can be ordered on-line via their website www.gownhire.co.uk
| Individuals and organisations should be aware that the ‘CIOB’ and the lion logo are registered trade marks of the Institute and cannot be reproduced. Therefore only gowns manufactured by our provider Ede and Ravenscroft can be used. |
Any organisation wishing to hold their own in-house ceremony must first gain written approval from the Head of Member & Business Development for their event. Only CIOB approved gowns are to be worn at any ceremony which celebrates an individuals’ achievement in reaching MCIOB or FCIOB.
