Site Supervisory / Management Studies

The CIOB offers courses in site supervision and site management at approved centres across the UK, Ireland and overseas. These are delivered through colleges, universities and companies. Since its inception almost 9000 students have completed these nationally accredited and recognised qualifications.

Completion of the Level 3 Certificate in Site Supervisory Studies and the Level 4 Diploma in Site Management provides underpinning knowledge for the relevant Scottish or National Vocational Qualification (S/NVQ). Holders of the Level 4 Diploma in Site Management are eligible for CIOB Associate Membership.

CIOB Level 3 Certificate in Site Supervisory Studies (CSSS)

The course is aimed at both practicing and potential supervisors in the construction industry. A wide range of backgrounds and differing lengths and levels of experience are catered for.

CIOB Level 4 Certificate and Diploma in Site Management (C/DSM)

The C/DSM is designed to meet the needs of those employed in, or training for, site management. The course has been designed with the mature and practical entrant in mind.
