Dorset Centre Golf Day Challenge Success
30 June 2011

Dorset Centre Golf Day Challenge

Friday 3rd June

We returned to Bulbury Woods Golf Club at Lytchett Minster this year for our Golf Day. The weather conditions were heat perfect and the golf course in excellent condition. Numbers were much depleted with just eight players competing for the Challenge Cup and other prizes. I played nine holes with the Mildren Construction team, Chris Nicholas & Paul Maher. Our Chairman Richard Sachs joined us for the dinner and presented the prizes.

The team from Evolution 5 dominated the golf by winning the team prize and team member Dominic Satterly winning the Challenge Cup with a score of 44 stableford points. All the results can be seen with the winners’ photos below.

Our thanks go to Evolution 5 for sponsoring the golf day; the donation will be used to help sponsor our CPD events. I also thank Sarah Holborn, our Administrative Officer for all her help in organising the event, with thanks also to Bulbury Woods Golf Club for looking after us so well.

For your diaries, we meet again next year at Crane Valley Golf Club on Friday 8th June 2012.
