Free guide to the new Construction Act available
11 October 2011

As you might be aware, the new Construction Act came into force on 1st October. Any construction contracts formed on or after that date will be affected by new regulations relating to the way they’re administered and disputes are resolved. Don’t get caught out by the new rules, and ensure you update your knowledge as soon as possible.

Our friends at Kennedys Solicitors are busy making sure their clients' contracts are compliant with the new Act and have produced a useful pocket guide to some of the key changes in the Act - to obtain your copy, email stuartwilks@hillintl.com.

The new Act is just one of many developments to be mentioned at the next CIOB and Hill International Construction Masterclass. Over the course of two intensive days, up to 18 expert speakers will examine ongoing changes within our industry and how they might affect you.

 "A Truly Excellent Course"

Described as ‘a truly excellent course’, and ‘perfectly organised classes’, leading experts in law and construction will converge in central London on 9/10 November to provide you with the knowledge needed to manage financial risk, reduce costly disputes and improve the efficiency of dispute resolution.

If keeping your knowledge up to date is important, discover more about the Masterclass today. The full brochure is available at www.hillintluk.com or by contacting Stuart Wilks on stuartwilks@hillintl.com  / +44(0)20 7618 1200, or email Alison Jones at ajones@ciob.org.uk.
