Incoming Cardiff Centre chairman Jack Wright FCIOB took pleasure in awarding Paul Higgs MCIOB with his past chairman’s medal.
Jack congratulated Paul on delivering a successful year of events in 2007–2008 and looks forward to another action packed year for the centre.
