New HSE Electronic F10 Form for CDM Notifications

The HSE has now introduced the new Electronic F10 form for CDM notifications.
The form can be found at: https://www.hse.gov.uk/forms/notification/index.htm?ebul=hsegen/02-jun-2
The electronic form gives you a unique serial number for your notification, which can then be used for any updated information.
There is also space on the printed/saved version for the Clients Declaration.
