This is a £3.7 million project due for completion in September. It is being undertaken for Torridge District Council by SWH (Build) of Exeter and is funded by TDC, SWRDA, GOSW and MCA.
This is a £3.7 million project due for completion in September. It is being undertaken for Torridge District Council by SWH (Build) of Exeter and is funded by TDC, SWRDA, GOSW and MCA.The work comprises major structural refacing of the existing quay wall, construction of a 1000m2 fish processing building and installation of a £250,000 ice production plant. The copper roofed, cedar clad processing building has been designed to achieve BREEAM 'Excellent' and will incorporate an innovative recovery system for waste 'coolth' (opposite of warmth).
