CIOB Official Ambassador, North East Chairman and Trustee Richard Humphrey presented 4 CIOB prizes to successful students at a congregation of graduates at Northumbria University on Friday 18th July 2008.

They included, CIOB Certificates of Excellence for:

·         BSc (H) Construction Management

·         BSc (H) Architectural Technology

·         BSc (H) Building Design Management

·         BSc (H) Building Project Management

Many categories and prizes were presented on the day, with regional employers and sister institutions also sponsoring and making awards in recognition of outstanding performance.

In a multi CIOB and employee role, Richard along with Colleagues Bob Monaghan a “Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors”,  and Lawrence Hughes a “Member of The Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers”, who are both also Senior Lecturers in the School of the Built Environment at Northumbria University presented several of the awards to successful graduates.
