Message from the Bedfordshire Chairman, Glenn Godfrey:

I am extremely pleased and grateful to receive the role of Chairman of the Bedfordshire Centre for the next two years.

Whilst I may be the Chair, our Centre’s strength comes from our excellent Committee and from you, our Centre Members. Bedfordshire has been a strong Centre since it was founded and there has been an illustrious line preceding me. I aim to do justice to you and them.

I extend my thanks to Ray Bateman, our outgoing Chairman, for his hard work over the last two years; he kindly allowed me to step aside when work and personal commitments made it difficult for me to take on the role and he has done a terrific job.

Attendance at our fantastic CPD meetings is growing. If you do not attend, please will you make an effort to do so? It is a warm, welcoming bunch that does and we will be pleased to see you. We are planning our forthcoming CPD calendar on 4 May; please will you email any ideas and suggestions to me and I will raise them with the Committee?

We are also particularly keen to attract and to help students and new members; all are very welcome.
