The offices of Urban Design - Site Visit 311 February 2010 This is the third visit for CIOB Birmingham to this project and will enable members to assess progress made since our previous visits. The £23 million, 18 month project will be completed in March 2010. Project specification encompasses state of the art chilled beams, (the largest array in the United Kingdom), intelligent building controls and a host of energy saving features. |
