The ConstructionSkills Sector Skills Agreement (SSA) document available.

The ConstructionSkills Sector Skills Agreement (SSA) is a series of agreements between training providers such as colleges and universities, employers, federations, professional institutions and Government, designed to address the construction industry’s current and future skills needs to achieve the vision of a fully qualified and highly performing Welsh construction industry.

This agreement is one of the many SSAs being developed through ConstructionSkills to harness the renowned ability of the key agencies, training providers, employers and government to address industry’s current and future skills needs, such as increasing the number of people completing construction apprenticeships, and the strengthening of Welsh construction companies.

ConstructionSkills Wales Director, Wyn Prichard believes “the SSA harnesses the strategic influence of these two well respected organisations to work together to achieve a fully professional qualified industry for the Welsh economy”
