	Meet the Committee!! 3 August 2010 I originally joined the CIOB as a student member while working towards HNC in 1980 but never followed on to membership, concentrating on bringing up a young family and working long hours as a carpenter usually travelling to sites anywhere south of Birmingham. I eventually became a full CIOB member in 2008.
