President Prof Li Shirong Visits Ireland18 February 2010 Professor Li Shirong was invited to CIOB in Ireland's Annual Dinner 2010 event held on 19th February and as our guest, she had a three day stay to visit various meetings and events organised by the CIOB in Ireland. On Friday 19th February, Prof Li was invited to White Young Green Ireland to meet with the training partners within WYG and also meet the CIOB students currently engaged in CIOB courses. |

CIOB in Ireland Northern Regional Student Challenge 20105 February 2010 CIOB in Ireland Regional Student Challenge took place on the 5th February in Co. Down, Northern Ireland. The winning team has qualified for the competition’s finals at the CIOB head office, Englemere, England. The finals will be held on the 25 th March 2010. |

Student Member of the CIOB in Ireland Southern Centre Travels to South Africa & Mozambique for Volunteering Work4 February 2010 In June 2009, after completing his BSc Honours Degree in Construction Management at Cork Institute of Technology, Kevin Keane decided to travel to South Africa and Mozambique with a group of volunteers to work for two months with people suffering from HIV/AIDS, domestic violence and severe poverty. |
