Ray Brown FCIOB, M: 07772 464247 Ray has supported the Institute an an Assessor for corporate membership and helping candidates to prepare as well as Ambassador duties and a Brunel Committee member. Ray is an independent project manager who has also worked in contracting and client developer organisations. The most recent high profile project being the construction and delivery of the £500m Cabot Circus retail led mixed use development in the centre of Bristol for the Bristol Alliance (Hammerson and Land Based Securities). |

Robin Sandall MICOB, M: 07765 400274 I am 26 years of age and graduated in 2006 with a degree in Construction Management and the Built Environment from Plymouth University, in June 2009 I graduated as an Incorporated Member of the CIOB. Since then I have had various work experiences including site management, engineering and dealing with defect management for a large International Construction Company, during this time I also had opportunities to work with students ranging from ages 7 - 16 as I was a Construction Ambassador. These experiences guided me in a new direction and after being made redundent, I decided to pursue a new career in College Lecturing where I am dealing with students 16+ teaching a variety of courses from First Diploma through to National Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment.
