Rebecca's introduction to the CIOB came about upon completing her Masters Degree in Construction Management in 2003. She had secured a position on a unique 3 year Tri-partner training programme as a Graduate Engineer with Morison Construction based in the West Midlands. The aim of the scheme was to work for a host company (in Rebecca's case with the Principle Contractor) but also to rotate with other Graduates working for the client and then the consultant, whilst gaining professional membership to a relevant organisation. |
