John Bibby ACIOB, M: 07814 121695 John Bibby has been involved in the construction industry for almost 40 years with wide experience in a variety of project types that has included retail, office, education, leisure and residential sectors. He is a qualified Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) and is an Associate member of the CIOB. John is a member of the CIAT Technical Committee and Chairman of the CIOB Gloucestershire Centre Committee. John joined Yiangou Architects LLP in October 2002 and remained with the practice, as a Senior Associate, until April 2006. Following a short break in service has boomeranged back to YA in January 2008. John was appointed as an Associate in 2008, with responsibilities for technical/ project coordination, management of NBS specifications and staff resourcing.

Michael Fawcett ICIOB, M: 07775 688121 As Past Chairman Michael has been actively involved with the Gloucestershire Centre for many years since he won a CIOB student award whilst studying at college back in 1996! Michael has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and has a wide range of technical and project management skills gained in a variety of project sectors, including industrial, office, leisure and education. Michael has excellent technical and practical knowledge and has demonstrated successful management and delivery of various completed construction projects of up to £1,000,000,000 and was recently the assistant project manager for a new £40,000,000 UK HQ Building in Bristol. He is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), Incorporate Member of the CIOB and a qualified CDM Co-ordinator (RMaPS). |
| FINANCIAL MANAGER |
Vance Babbage MCIOB, M: 07887 756359 As Immediate South West Past Chair, Vance still remains an active and focussed South West Branch committee member. He has recently been elected as the South West Construction Industry Council Chairman (CIC SW). Vance is the Chair for the FMB Gloucester Branch. With over 25 yeards experience, mainly with small and medium sized contractors, he is presently the MD for B&M Babbage Ltd, a Builders firm based in Cheltenahm and a Director for Hereford and Gloucester Safety Association.
