Southern Centre
Overview
Welcome to the Southern Centre branch of the CIOB in Ireland. The Southern Centre is one of five centers of the Irish Branch covering the counties of Cork, Kerry, Tipperary and Waterford.
The main aims of the centre are to serve their members effectively and to actively promote the Institute in the Southern region.
A committee is elected annually to conduct the business of the Southern Centre. The Committee meets 12 times per year. All members are welcome to attend. Please refer to the events page for dates, venues and times.
The current Chair is Padraig Carroll. He may be contacted on Email: p.carroll@sisk.ie or Tel: 086 246 4390.
The committee operates on a purely voluntary basis, members giving their time in pursuance of the policies and objectives of the institute for the benefit of the members.
Any member with suggestions, willing to serve a term on the committee or wishing to offer their services are encouraged to contact the centre chair Padraig Carroll p.carroll@sisk.ie, branch manager karen.halligan@ciob.org or any member of the committee.
The Southern committee organises CPD events, site visits and social outings on a regular basis giving members opportunities to fulfill their CPD obligations and to network. Watch out for notices on the centre events
