The project’s objective is to compare and improve either, on domestic and European level, the vocational education and training systems as well as to develop and supplement knowledge gained by graduates from vocational schools and technical secondary schools.
The final aim is to develop an innovative training program around eight job modules, based on eight selected construction professions (1. Concrete Bilder/Reinforced Concrete Builder, 2. Carpenter, 3. Roofer, 4. Mason, 5. Electrical Fitter, 6. HVAC: Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning, 7. Sanitary System Installer/Plumber, 8. Plasterer) for each of the identified target groups, and to participate to the identification, promotion and recognition of the European qualifications in the Construction sector.

Aims of the project:
1) Comparison and description of PPP procedures and PPP ‘state of the art’ in Partner countries
2) Methodical and logistical organisation of the PPP courses including course manuals with case studies
3) Transfer of PT, IE and UK “know how” to PL and TR and description of the PL and TR PPP system for use by PT, IE and UK construction companies and investors
4) Assumption concerning establishing the “Incubator” for PPP projects (Incubator will be maintain at the Promoter server)
5) Marketing of the PPP ideas among public authorities, construction companies and investors.

The Project is the continuation of CLOEMC project successfully finished in 2008. The aim of the project is to extend the scope of the Construction Managers Library – the result of the previous project - 7 books:

by the creation of new six books as follows:

M12. Value Management in Construction
M13. Construction Projects – Good Practice
The new set of manuals will follow-up the curriculum of the postgraduate studies carried out at the Warsaw University of Technology.

- to minimize problems connected with disputes and claims in infrastructure construction projects
- to increase transparency of procedures in risk management and claims processes
- to increase the access to trainings throughout MOODLE in informal vocational education
