CIOB Membership Survey 2008 - Terms and Conditions

1. All returned questionnaires will be entered into the prize draw provided respondent�s address and contact details are given.

2. The draw is open to existing members of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) only.

3. Employees of the CIOB, their agencies or anyone connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

4. Only one entry will be accepted from each member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

5. Entries received from third parties or agents will not be entered into the prize draw.

6. Prize draw will take place on Monday 8th December 2008 at 3pm.

7. Entries lost, delayed or damaged or otherwise not received by CIOB will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be proof of receipt.

8. All questionnaires must be completed and returned by noon on the Monday 8th December 2008. in order to be included as a valid entry in to the draw.

9. 1 prize of 1 single 2009 subscription will paid, at your current subscription rate

10. No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.

11. The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified by Friday 12th December 2008.

12. CIOB�s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply may be disqualified.

13. For winner's details please send an email to SSmith@ciob.org.uk within 28 days of the draw date.

14. The winner may be asked to participate in publicity activities.

15. The Chartered Institute of Building reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. The promoter is the Chartered Institute of Building, Englemere, Kings Ride, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 7TB. Registered in England charity no 280795.
